RainbowCubs Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") govern the use of the website [www.rainbowcubs.store] and all purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
2. The Dropshipping Business Model
You acknowledge and understand that RainbowCubs operates as a dropshipping retailer.

Retailer's Role: RainbowCubs is responsible for accepting your order, processing your payment, and handling customer service, returns, and refunds.

Supplier's Role: The product you purchase is manufactured, stored, and shipped by a third-party supplier. The supplier is responsible for the quality, packaging, and accuracy of the product sent.

Communication: All communication regarding your order, including tracking and returns, must be directed to RainbowCubs.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
3.1. Pricing and Currency: All prices listed are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive/exclusive of VAT ([State Clearly]). We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
3.2. Stock Availability: Due to the nature of dropshipping, stock levels are managed by our suppliers. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory figures, a product may be listed as available but be out of stock. If this occurs:

You will be offered an immediate, full refund or the option to wait for the item to be restocked.
3.3. Order Acceptance: A contract of sale is only binding once we send you an email confirmation stating the order has been accepted and payment successfully processed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery Estimates: Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and are based on information from our suppliers and couriers. RainbowCubs is not liable for any delays that occur after the product has left the supplier's warehouse.
4.2. Delivery Address: You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for loss or damage resulting from an incorrect address.
4.3. International Shipping (If Applicable): If products are sourced from outside South Africa, you may be liable for additional import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees upon the arrival of the goods. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
5. Product Information and Imagery
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. While we and our suppliers attempt to be as accurate as possible, the actual product, including colour, size, or specific features, may vary slightly.
6. Limitation of Liability
RainbowCubs’ liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect, and including but not limited to financial loss, loss of profit, or damage to reputation) arising from any transaction or website use shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in question, save where the CPA or ECTA prohibits such limitation.
