RainbowCubs Refund & Returns Policy

1. The ECTA 7-Day Cooling-Off Period (Change of Mind)

You have the right to return goods purchased online within 7 days of receiving them for any reason, provided the goods meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The product must be undamaged, unused, and returned in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.

  • Notification: You must notify us in writing support@rainbowcubs.store within the 7-day period.

  • Return Costs: You are responsible for the direct cost of shipping the item back to the designated supplier's warehouse address, which we will provide upon request.

  • Refund: A full refund of the product purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) will be processed within 15 business days of us confirming the supplier has received and inspected the item.

2. The CPA 6-Month Implied Warranty (Defective or Unsafe Goods)

All goods sold are covered by an Implied Warranty of Quality for 6 months from the date of delivery. If a product is found to be defective, unsafe, or not reasonably suitable for its intended purpose:

  • Your Choice: You have the right to choose, at your discretion, whether we:

    1. Repair the item.

    2. Replace the item.

    3. Refund the full purchase price.

  • Return Costs: RainbowCubs will bear the risk and expense of all return shipping costs for goods that are defective.

  • Procedure: If you encounter a defect, please email us immediately at [Support Email] with a detailed description and photographic evidence of the defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Health and Hygiene Exclusions)

For hygiene and health reasons, certain items are exempt from the ECTA 7-day change-of-mind period if their original packaging seal has been opened or broken. These include:

  • Baby formula, perishable goods, or food products.

  • Undergarments, swimwear (if sealed liner is removed), or used personal hygiene products.

  • Any item that cannot be restocked for public health reasons (e.g., used breast pumps, open packets of nappies, used teethers).

Note: These items may still be returned if they are found to be defective or unsafe under the 6-Month CPA Warranty.

4. Refund Methods and Timing

  • Method: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot process refunds to a different bank account or card.

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days of the returned item being received and inspected by our supplier and the return confirmed as valid.

5. Return Process Steps

  • Email Us: Send an email to support@rainbowcubs.store with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (Change of Mind or Defective).

  • Authorisation: We will issue you a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide the precise return address (the supplier's warehouse).

  • Shipment: Package the goods securely. If it is a CPA return, we will arrange the collection; if it is an ECTA return, you will arrange shipping and provide us with the tracking number.

  • Confirmation: We will notify you once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection, and then immediately process your requested remedy (refund, replacement, or repair).
