The Dropshipping Model Explained

RainbowCubs works with various high-quality suppliers and manufacturers, often located in different areas. This means:

  • Direct Shipping: Your order is shipped directly from the supplier's warehouse to your delivery address, reducing costs and transit time.

  • Multiple Packages: If you order several items, they may be sourced from different suppliers and will arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

2. Processing and Shipping Times

All timeframes listed below are estimates and are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

 

Order Processing Time

 

The time required for our suppliers to verify the order, perform quality checks, and package the item for shipment is typically 2 to 5 business days.

 

Estimated Delivery Time (Post-Processing)

 

Once your order has been processed and picked up by the courier, the estimated delivery window is:

  • Standard Local Delivery (South Africa): 5 to 10 business days.

  • International Sourced Items (If Applicable): 10 to 20 business days. (These times can vary due to customs clearance.)

Total Expected Delivery: Please allow a total of 7 to 15 business days for your order to arrive under normal circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier, adverse weather, or customs.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and dimensions of your order, and your delivery location.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s) once the supplier has prepared your item for dispatch and the courier has collected it. 5. Risk, Loss, and Delivery Issues

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to your product passes to you upon the successful delivery of the goods to the address you provided.

  • Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if you fail to collect the package from the courier depot (if required), you may be liable for the costs of reshipping the item.
